THE KARINA METHOD’S ULTIMATE ORGANIC SALAD DRESSING RECIPE

Not only is this dressing low in calories, super healthy and easy to make, but it’s just the flavorful kick you’ll love to add to any salad or dip your veggies into. If you often cruise the dressing aisle and have no idea which dressings are actually good for you and not filled with tons of added sugars and artificial colors, ditch the pre-made list of unknown ingredients and make your new favorite dressing at home. You don’t have to use unhealthy salad dressings to dress up your veggies, plus you probably have all of these ingredients at home already.

TKM Ultimate Organic Dressing will take you less than five minutes to prepare and makes around 4 servings. You can keep it in your fridge in an airtight container for up to one week. Double the ingredients to make more because the worst thing about this delish dressing is when you run out of it!

THE KARINA METHOD’S ULTIMATE ORGANIC SALAD DRESSING

INGREDIENTS: Makes 4 delicious servings. All organic if possible.

  • Splash of filtered water

  • ¼ cup organic apple cider vinegar

  • ½ lemon squeezed

  • 1 teaspoon of organic honey

  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon

  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil

PREP:

Combine these ingredients and chill in the fridge until your salad is ready to be served:

  1. Whisk the splash of water, vinegar, lemon, cinnamon and honey in a large bowl or use a salad dressing shaker.

  2. Slowly pour in the olive oil while whisking until the dressing comes together.

  3. You can store in the fridge for up to one week.

  4. ENJOY!
